Link to ERP evaluation tools?

We are looking for websites that could help in creating a needs assessment matrix for evaluating different ERP solutions for a variety of needs. We have one parent company and 6 independent child companies ranging from complex design to manufacturing environments. Each company has from 75 to 200 employees. All financials must roll-up to the parent. Business Scorecards, Project Management, Gov't Cost Accounting and a customizeable MRP are some of the top concerns.

Any suggestions? Top 4 currently are Lilly, Epicor, Syspro, and Manugistics.
