I have an access database that is fed from a html form linked through a perlscript file on a unix server at present. My company is currently moving from the unix server to WSS and I am being told that perlscript files will not run in WSS. Is there any other way I can connect my html form to the access database?

The usual MS technology to display database info in an HTML form is ASP.NET. The page can be displayed in WSS using a Web part.

A virtual machine ate my accounting data. I transferred it to a physical box, then I beat it to smithereens with a sledgehammer. I feel better.

philhege: The form is in html at the moment and people have to fill it in, it then sends the data to a .pl file where the database picks it up. It's the getting the data to the database part my query was about.

Same same. Write an ASP.NET Web application to handle the submission, or perhaps use InfoPath forms if you have the right version/licensing. (Believe me, using InfoPath in WSS 2.0 is a PITA.)
