Link to a specific Frame from HTML href?

How can I linkt to a frame within a mc from a a static HTML link. If I absolutely have to I can insert a very small .swf and link from there but I prefer to do it from HTML either way I dont know how to do it I read somethin about Frame labels
Please Help

But you could do the same thing with getURL and javascript, which is probably better and cross-browser.
