Hello,
i have an access 97 database which contains linked tables over another access 97 database. the databases reside on two windows NT 4.0 servers each, and the servers are connected via a very slow link. So when i try to access the data over the linked table, it's very very slow. I tried to connect via ODBC, but i get an error message stating that i cannot link two access databases with ODBC. Is there any optimization possible in order to accelarate the process ? how exactly does the "link table" command work ?
Thanks in advance,
