Link Specification

I link manually a table AND specify in advanced that the decimal comma should be a point. This specification is set automatically in a system table. If I try to do this afterwards with vba code, he said that the Link Specification File is missing. Where is this file ? In the system table he mentioned this Link Specification.

The file is created automatically by the import/export wizard. Maybe you could use the wizard once, then use the created file?
