Link SAP Workflow with ECM Business workspce

Dears,

i have a requirements that i want to track changes on the SAP Transaction (PO),
if there is any changes during the approval cycle , a notification mail being sent to the creator of PO.

I assume the process is being managed in SAP so its likely to need a more SAP that OT solution, nothing our of the box here, you would need to have something to trigger the update (could be a event trigger or a monitor) and then have that send the mail
