Hello All,

I am trying to become a little more organized. I am trying to Link an Exchange calendar to an Access table. I am succsessful in linking the table, but it is missing some critical components, such as, the date on the Calendar, the start time and the end time. How can I incorporate these Fields into the table. Then my second question is...How can I calculate the start time and end time to come up with a sum of hours, as an example 9:00 AM start time and 10:00 AM end time = 1 hour. We are using exchange server 2007 and Access 2000. Thanks for all the help in Advance.

For the time difference use the Datediff function (open any module and goto help).

The last I tried to get data out of Exchange there were two ways to do it (long before Exchange 2007). You could use Microsoft's ODBC driver for Exchange server. It gave you some default fields but you only got what it linked. The alternate way is to programmatically go after the data. You should be able to get to it via Outlook's object model. There may be alternate methods too. I would recommend a search in forum181 and the other Acccess forums here.
