Link other users outlook calander

How can I Programmatically link other users outlook calanders.

I want to link multiple calanders in a database to view a week or months worth of appointments at a glance.

I want to do this without opening Outlook and viewing each person's shared calander.

I have already tried to use the Exchange/Outlook wizard, but can not get the other user calanders to show up in the pick list.

They will show if you have permissions at an Outlook/Exchange level. You need to be granted permissions on their entire Mailbox, and then also on the Calendar folder within their Mailbox. With the right permissions set, other user's Calendar folders WILL be visible when you run the Exchange/Outlook wizard.

These permissions you speak of ....

We have a setting that is for Everyone on Email ( includes the address of all active employees)

I had my supervisor Set this permission on his Outlook mailbox (with Folder visisble) and also on the calander(with folder visible and Read items), yet his Outlook mailbox is still not visible in the pick list.
