Hello,

I am sorry if I am in the wrong forum.

We are using an ActiveX control. We have the source code, and we build the .ocx ourselves. We have had some problems including the ocx in our setup program and the company we bought the control from suggested that we Link MFC Static. I am not familiar with C++ .Net (we are using VB.NET). So, I can't figure out how to do this.

Thanks,

In your project in VC++, go to the top menu. Click on Project/project properties. (a dialog should come up) Under configuration properties(on the left), click on general. Where it says "Use of MFC" change it to Use MFC in a Static Library.

I hope that works.
