link light not on???

Hey Guys,

just wondering if anyone has had a problem with not getting a "link light" on boot up with a call pilot 100? i get a 10/100 light and and network light but not the "link" light.

i have looked at the programming through hyper terminal and had to reset the IP ADDRESS to default.

is there something i have missed or need to do?
