Link is out of service or link access is not given

Hello Team.
Many Wishes for the holidays.
I face a strange issue when I try to forward bcm digital sets to a route.
the error I get is "Link is out of service or link access is not given" although route is in place
and the set is allow redirect enabled.
I also noticed that when trying to forward another set to the same destination it forwards without issue.
So I have set 320 ( T7316E) and trying to forward to 520 ( external route over SIP trunk), when trying to forward I get the error.
Doing the same forward from set 223 it allows me to complete the forward.
any ideas?

Team hi again.
Just found the solution...
need to give access the set to VoIP trunk..
