There is not such a document, download the software from PLDS and run it, it will automaticly detect if it is a full install or a upgrade.

It's definitely an upgrade/patch as the whole system is already 8.1. I already have the files I downloaded from Avaya but there doesn't seem to be any meaningful documentation for upgrading CCR. Is it as simple as the VM pro upgrade in Windows. Click next next?
