Link Down for Call Pilot 1

Elan Link is down on our PBX for Call Pilot. Call Pilot Server is up but the link is still DOWN DSBL. How can I get the elan link back up?

Did you try to enable it in 48?

I was told that we could not enable it in ld 48 that the link should come up when the Call Pilot server comes up. What steps should I take in ld 48 and should I be doing anything in ld 137??

Also receiving error on PBX "XMI0000 20 : MSG From Shelf 1: xpec error 0001 Can anyone help with this one

I would do this.

Disable the ELAN in LD 48
Disable the ELNK in LD 137

Enable the ELNK in LD 137
Reboot the Call Pilot Server
Cycle the ELAN switch/hub
Enable the ELAN in LD 48 <-- Do this right after you start the reboot.

This should bring it up. Sometimes flaky ELAN and this is how I bring it into service.
