I already have a ready database in Lotus Smartsuite to use. However, each tme when i have to do my report, i have to manually input the fgures to create charts. Is there any way to configure this instead? How do you link different databases together to perform the link to reports too?

Link Database to Report

You might need to rework your databases some. But try using Approach to access the Notes databases. Get your data there and try to manipulate it for your reports.
