link button on 6x16

I programmed the link button using feature 71 on a 7208 on a 6x16 system. The call waiting tones are working but when you hit the link button you just get dial tone and not the caller

I presume you verified it with button inquiry.

Did you "Allow Link" Yes in Restrictions?

I verified the button and it had been previosly programmed and worked but I know the system had lost power at one time after the initial programming and after that was when it stopped working. I'll have to check the restrictions, thanks
