Link and dynamic pseudo-classes: remebering the order 1

I've seen quite a few posts where people are having trouble with the order of the link and dynamic pseudo-classes :hover, :active, :link, and :visited.

While a Google search or visit to the W3C website can clear up any confusion, it is always good to be able to remember these things.

While searching for a workaround to the problem of IE not supporting the first-child pseudo-class, I came across this interesting mnemonic for the link and dynamic pseudo-classes that I'd not seen before:

"LoVe HAte"

(Link, Visited, Hover, Active)

Hope this helps,
Dan
