I now know how to put multiple columns of data in a text box thanks to tunsarod and VBslammer. It was done by using Text66 =[Combo0].Column(1) & " " & [Combo0].Column(2) My next query is "How can you line up the text for each column to start in the same position. Back in the days of basic programming, there was a SPC(?) to allow a set number of spaces, I tried this for the text box and it does not work. Is there some other way it can be done. Your advise would be appreciated.

Why? All the effort to do what the continuious form does 'for free'? WHAT 'instruction' are you giving? What in 'heaven' (or on earth) is the point of 'instructing' anyone to expend time and effort on re-inventing the proverbial wheel? Either continuious forms or at least a normal set (group) of text boxes seem much more appropiate.
