Liniking to a dynamic list of files

I am hoping to find help here. I am using Dreamweaver 8 to create a secure portion of my site. The login page directs the users once they are logged in successfully to protected.asp. I would like a link on the protected.asp page to display the contents of a particular directory on the webserver so that users may click on the files they want to view/print/download. How can I do this?

I am a Dreamweaver and ASP newbie, please be specific and gentle
