Lingo XL Voice Mail attached to a Merlin System

I have a Lingo XL Voice Mail system attached to a Merlin PBX and I have the following problem:
I've created some voice mail boxes utilizing the technicians conversation process and it went OK, but now the calls for those extensions don't reach the voice mail, they just keep on ringing. The Lingo XL technicians guide is not descriptive about this.

Can anybody help? Do I need to do anything in the extension to activate the call forwarding to the voice mail after certain number of rings?

Not familiar with Lingo VM, but in general, the extensions with voice mail need to cover to a group, and that group's members are the voice mail ports, as well as the group being designated as either integrated or generic voice mail integration.

Typically that means that the voice mail ports are members of calling group 770, 770 is the receiver for group 30, and the extensions with voice mail are group 30's senders.

That should get the calls to the Lingo, then the Lingo will process the calls from there.
