We have a BCM 400 3.7 with a Digital Card Module for a t-1 and I have an issue that I have posted previously that I still fight with. 80% of the time everything works perfectly well but then I will get a call from a cell phone from this site saying that there are no lines available. When you call in you get a "all lines are currently busy" and when you pick up a set to dial out you get a "no lines available" message. Using the BCM monitor I peer into the Line Monitor and get ? marks next to all the lines. I have to do a restart to clear the lines and then things return to normal for a few weeks. Its very strange. I would assume programming is correct since it works normally for a while but I am obviously missing something. Is there an IDLE time out value somewhere?
