Hello All, I heva a little issue and don't seem to find a setting that I can change, I have 2 Partner ACS R7, every time I use the speaker on my phone and call someone after the party hangs up! my phone stays up and the line will not disconnect, if I use the handset when I put it down it hangs up but not when on speaker, this also happens on internal calls when I dial someone elses extension and they hang up my set will not, unless I hit the spkr button.
is this the way the system works or is there a setting that I can change to acomplish this task!
