lines up for 28days

Hi All

Unfortunately our client has analogue trunks in and out on an ip500 , and he has just noticed some of the calls don't hang up correctly. I seem to remember something about the analogue lines being set to loop start. Can anyone recommend the settings to ensure a hang up. on system manager i noticed either conf1 or conf2 not hanging up.

Classic case of disconnect clear not set on lines

Need to contact line provider and request they add disconnect clear / loop current drop to the lines and ask them for the timings. Then set the disconnect clear time to the value provider less about 10%
