Lines through image 1

I've noticed that recently when I create a simple image in CorelDraw8, convert it to curves and export it as an 'ai'. I get verticle lines through my text and objects which are only noticable in wireframe mode. It doesnt seem to effect the print, but I send my work out and want it to look its best. This never happened in the past. I uninstall/re-installed Corel but still the same. Any Ideas?

When you export to ai ensure that 'simulate complex fills' is clicked OFF. I always click them all off but I think it is this one that causes the lines you speak off.
