Lines Suddenly Jagged

In Illustrator CS3, I worked on a project one day and it was fine with nice crisp lines and boxes but the next day all new lines and boxes were very rough and jagged. The ones already drawn are still fine and I wasn't fiddling with the brushes even though it appears that one is enabled suddenly. I do not see how to get back to the sharp lines! Any hints? Thanks in advance.

...check the "view" (main menu top of screen) options, sounds like pixel preview is turned on.

I believe you're right! Although I no longer have the file, I just tried Pixel view on another and that's exactly what was happening. Thanks!
