Customer with a Partner ACS and what is happening is on either incoming or outgoing calls, once they hang up their phones start ringing with no CLID showing. Also when they answer, there is no one there---just silence.
Checking to see now if it is every line or just one. Any suggestions?

had that happening on a busted line port, always rang in and kept ringing every time you hung up on the line.
The system might also pick up some AC voltage on the line so you might want to take a multi meter along to test.

I would see if you can isolate it to a line. It could be a bad port on the Partner. If you move it to another line port that could fix it (and remove the bad line port from the phones so they don't see/hear it ring back).

It is happening on all the lines, do you think all the line ports could be bad? It is a 3x8

All ports could be bad if the dialtone provider is sending too much line current. If this is the case, Mike Sandman in Chicago sells current limiters to protect the phone system. In my experience it's likely that one port has failed components and the problem is feeding into the other line ports.
