Hello!

After I downloaded the Shockwave software from the Macromedia page, everything is working fine with the administrator/power user privilege, which means I can view and calculate the online climate change calculator application by using shockwave. After that, I logged in as a normal user and then try to open the same page; I have to test this since I know some people will log on as a normal user of the computer and will use the calculator website. Unfortunately, I got some lines overlapped and can hardly see what is for, and also some buttones didn't work well. Could anybody tell me the reason why this happened? Must I use the power user/administrator to fully view or finish the application or there is something in there that I need to configure? I would really appreciate if you could answer my questions.

For your information, I am using W2k and IE 6.0

Many thanks for your help in advance!

Victoria
