Lines on 2nd page feature 1

I know I read about this feature or class of service option a couple days ago but now I cannot find it.

If you have a 5330 or 5340 set, and you have lines on the 2nd or 3rd page, there is an option that will display those lines on the first page when they ring...I think it was a COS, does anyone know the name of this?

It's the Float Keys option and it's on the 5340 only

Not a COS option but programmed on the phone

What software are you on? Nee 8 UR3 and above really

Look in the on-line help, tells you all. Search for Float Keys

basically you prog the line keys then you can get the option to float them

let me know if you get stuck

That rings a bell. I think I read about it while taking the 8.0 ur3 upgrade cert.
