Lines not releasing in call pilot 100

I have a callpilot 100 with an CICS. 3 lines AA picks up after 3 rings. The lines some time get stuck in the system and do not release. We pull the line from the bix line release's.

Line supervision is on
When testing with butt set line releases on every test call

Should I replace the CI card or the call pilot 100 and suggestions

I would confirm you are receiving the disconnect from the CO.

Easiest way to do that is use a butt set to monitor the line for the pulse. You'll hear a 1/2 second buzz at the end of the call after the far end hangs up.

You can also play with the disconnect timer in MICS programming.
