I have installed a CICS 7.0, with CP100.
CI card installed.
Customer has 4 Centrex lines(feature rich lines from C.O. - sort of like PBX lines from CO.)
Trunks are being answered by auto attendant, however, once caller disconnects, there is a long wait before the CISC clears the line to available.
Please help.
What features should I look at programming?
