Lines not disconnecting 1

I have installed a CICS 7.0, with CP100.
CI card installed.
Customer has 4 Centrex lines(feature rich lines from C.O. - sort of like PBX lines from CO.)

Trunks are being answered by auto attendant, however, once caller disconnects, there is a long wait before the CISC clears the line to available.

Please help.
What features should I look at programming?

In line programing is the line set to super or unsuper needs to be super
 
As well as checking disconnect supervision on your end you may want to call your service provider and insure that they have disconnect supervision set at their end.
