Lines not disconnecting.

how do i set up disconnect supervision on merlin legend. note: dont know version and looks pretty old. and im not at all familiar with programing the system. hopefully it can be done on phone?

Not sure what you mean by "disconnect supervision". If the system is not disconnecting from POTs lines reliably, you can go into system programming, choose "lines/trunks", "TT/LS Disc", "LS Disconnect", "Yes". However, this is for "loop-start" analog POTs lines. You did not indicate what kinds of lines you have.

Go to any display phone, ACCESS INTER COM (SA) and dial *05.
