Lines Goes Dead

When entering an authorization code when making a long distance call, the line goes dead immediately after code is entered...it is happening with several of the people in our office.

IT could be a dead line in the pool. Have you checked the error log and all of the trunks yet?
 
We are using a PRI. All of the "lines" in the pool are good.

Forgive my ignorance but where would I go to to check the error log and all of the trunks.

These are the processor error logs under menu, maintenance, system, error logs. You can look at the last 99, transient and permanent (if any). A permanenet error only gets logged when the same error has recurred many times - and/or a serious error occurs that cannot clear itself.
