So I have a IP 403 with 4 analogue trunks. What's happening is if there's already an incoming call, or if someone dialed out on the main line -> then any additional incoming call is met with unstopping ring tones.
From what I remember at an old company, somehow calls are supposed to be able to keep coming in on the main number -> either by lines being switched to one of the secondary lines. (Or was it that the phone company sent a call down one of the other owned lines?)
In either case, I can't figure out were or how this is configured, I've looked at the line and incoming route settings, and this doesn't seem to be a setting. What am I missing?
Thanks in advance!
