Lines aren't switching off the main line

So I have a IP 403 with 4 analogue trunks. What's happening is if there's already an incoming call, or if someone dialed out on the main line -> then any additional incoming call is met with unstopping ring tones.

From what I remember at an old company, somehow calls are supposed to be able to keep coming in on the main number -> either by lines being switched to one of the secondary lines. (Or was it that the phone company sent a call down one of the other owned lines?)

In either case, I can't figure out were or how this is configured, I've looked at the line and incoming route settings, and this doesn't seem to be a setting. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance!

The service provider programs the lines to hunt at the central office. If when line one is busy, it doesn't hunt to line 2, then you need to contact them.

If it does hunt to line 2, but the call still doesn't come through properly, then you need to look at your incoming call routes and figure out why only line 1 works properly.
