when i draw using the pen tool or the pencil tool, sometimes it is very smooth and solid, sometimes it changes into this black-grey line ( a bit blurry)...but when i zoom very close to that line, it's just like the correct line...this blurry effect it has also effect the alligning and distributing the lines...what am i supposed to do?

no telling what the problem is since it only happens "sometimes" but some of the possiblities are:
Your using "pixel preview" in the view menu
There is some effect applied to the strokes in question in the appearance pallet

If switching to artwork mode ctrl+y cleanes up the lines, then it has something to do with one of the above.

i still have the problem....if i make a line, and then another and then another and so on...and then i distribute them using the distribute panel...and what do i get? uneven distributed lines...illustrator thinks that the blurry lines are bigger than the others...i already checked, no effect was applied. i made lines using the same pen tool, directly after eachother...but stil they vary...even if i copy paste a line, sometimes (most of the time) the lines vary from eachother...what would you sugest?
