lines 1 and 2 wont external forward

CICS 6.0 Lines 001 and 002 will not external call forward.
Lines 003 and 004 will external forward.
lines 001 002 003 and 004 are all in the same line pool and programmed identically.
Any Ideas ?

Pressing call forward key (feature 4)
Entering destination code 66 and phone number to be transferred to
This is done on set 21 prime set for the lines

You are not forwarding lines, you are forwarding the phone. Keep in mind this requires 2 phone line so if there is no line available the forwarding will fail.

Yes lets see your route and destination programming. Also your line setup. Line pools etc.

You may also want to verify that lines 1 & 2 are have supervision turned on from Telco.
