Hi,

does anyone have a code example (or even just the equation used) to perform simple linear regression on a dataset where the output Y = M1X1 + M2X2 + C

Searching the web shows loads of calculators which will do this for you but not one example of the equation used to solve it

Why does this sound suspiciously like homework - actually, a bit tricky for homework - probably coursework.

I'm really supprised it's so hard to find a library to do LR for you, but then... it's not the simplest of things to get a PC to do.

Write your own then post a link to it here. I'm sure everyone will thank you :) Oh, and I'll look later on this evening and see if I can find one.
