I have a manager that wants a calls that come in on some analog trunks to ring first to phone A then B then C, etc. Up to a total of 7 phones. In other words he wants a Linear Group Hunt. Unfortunately this is an older Option 11 and it does not have that package.

So are there any other alternatives? All I have been able to think of is is have it ring to Phone A and if he is busy roll to a MCR that a appears on all 7 phones. Right now we have it set that way but the MCR is only on 2 other phones and obviously we are getting busy signals if there are more than 3 calls.

Buying that package will not be an option so I need to go with a capability we have already.

you can use mcr or fdn, but fdn is only good for 3 hops. we use two mcr keys per phone, then lhk to a unique scr on each phone..

the right way is acd..

They dont want ACD because some of the people that need to get these calls are Upper level managers that will be answering the incoming lines but do not want to log into the ACD every day.
