Line500 and Oracle

Hi,
A Sage Line500 user is supposed to access an Oracle Database, how can you explain the fact that suddenly the user could not access the database ? We added memory to the system, the user accessed the database again for 2 days only and the same problem came back. The menus
of the user application are displayed but when the time to access data occurs its stops.
