line volume problems

just put in a new CICS replacing a 6x16. now im having problems with line volumes. the line volmue has dropped a lot. chg trunk card still having problem. line are clean coming from telco!!

any ideas

the line impedance in setting defaults to medium CO ... try changing that to long CO ...that'll make a little difference
(note that this increases the volume of the speech and also of the noise if any)
