Depends which voice mail and/or version you have.
It also depends what do you mean?
Do you mean how to transfer an outside caller to a mailbox?
On voice mails attached to a Norstar phone system system while on the call press Feature 986 then enter the ext/mailbox number then hang up.
To program this to a key
Feature * 3
press a key
Press Feature then 986
