LINE SIDE T1 Installation

I'm looking for more information about installation of NT5D14AD. Below are my problems:

1. DIP switch settings for the NT5D14
2. Software programming (CFN etc.)
3. Cable information for NT5D14 (we want to interface the line side T1 to RJ48C port of Dialogic Card.
