Here is a problem I am trying to solve. I have a partner system that has 6 co lines assigned to buttons in order 1 through 6. However on ext's 13 and 14 when a call comes in on any button--the owner of that extension picks up the handset and it goes to the next available button and presents dial tone. So for them to answer the incoming call they have to push the incoming call line button. All other extensions go off hook and answer the call without pushing the line button. What do I need to do?

Thanks

You either have them set to delayed or no ringing. From 10 or 11 press Feature 00 Left intercom, Left intercom, Right intercom, Dial the extension to be programmed, then press line one until you get Immediate Ring, then press line two and repeat, do this for each line you want to ring, then press Right Intercom and enter the next extension and repeat with the lines again. When finished press Feature 00 and your done.

Thanks Telprog, believe it or not I spent 2 weeks off and on asking other techs about this and getting various answers and trying to apply their ideas. I had checked everything and finally decided this forum was the only place I would get the right answer. Right after I hit the submit button to post my question, I opened the partner manual to a random page that talked about button/ringing and there in BLACK and WHITE did it state "if button is set to no ring, button has to be pushed manually to answer" Boy did I feel dumb!

But I thank you for your quick and correct response.
