Line Redirect Problems

I am attempting to redirect outside calls from my M7310 handset to my cell phone. So far I have enabled my phone to accept the line redirect. However, I am having a problem when I go to select the line or lines.

Our phones use a hunt group to pick an outside line. Could that be the problem?

Try setting to access Line Pool.

I'm pretty sure you can only redirect lines that appear on the extension.

Did you try to "Fwd" the call?

Doesn't the DID appear on the phone as a Target Line? Or are you able to redirect a Target Line that is Ring Only?

It has been my experience that to use redirect on a target line, it has to A&R. For ring only, I’m sure you are aware you can use call forward with routes and dest codes.

In order to use call redirect the incoming line must appear and ring. The line or line pool that the call will redirected out on must appear on the phone (direct line appearance or line pool key).
