Line Pools

I have an old Startalk system and am trying to create line pools through the 'Feature 983' function. On my display the system it shows

Admin
MBOX AA ccr

for the three buttons. It doesn't show the 'Other' option that I need to in order to get to line pools.

Line pools are not set up in the voicemail they are setup in the system programming.

You will need the pswd

Show you line #'s and add them to the pool

Make sure your sets have access to the pool you assign them to so they can access them.
