Line pools on 3x8

How do I add lines to a line pool on the 3x8? I can't find it in the **config or **admin menus. I can change access codes [yipee] but that's all. The system just says no lines available when I hit a pool. What am I missing?

Under configuration - lines, line data (or maybe trunk data) you need to tell each line whether it is public, private, line pool X.
