Line pool 70

I need to remove trunks from line pool 70, but they won't delete. It was a voice T1 using all 24 channels (809-832)but it now is only 12. I've unassigned the channels under T1 settings, but can't remove them from the pool

Try going under the T-1 setup menu, and setting the unused trunks as unequipped.

Thanks, when I said I unassigned them under T1 settings, I meant unequipped them.

you need to put the lines back into the t-1 , then take then out of the pool first, before you can unassign them
