line item in sales transaction entry

The line item details are missing in fulfillment order in sales transactions and it gives error ' the transaction does not exist'. when I am looking table sop10200, the transaction's line detail do exist there. Any idea to update sales transaction window or resolve this problem, which I think have been messed up due hardware problems
