Customer has MICS 7.0 with PRI. They have 3 companies. When an employee makes a call, they want the caller ID for the appropriate company to show up at the remote end. Their telco service is able to program trunk groups on the PRI that will send out the appropriate caller ID. Problem is, we can't figure out how to put the PRI channels in different line groups on the MICS, so the employee can dial '9' or '8' and access the trunk group on the PRI that is appropriate for the call. Possible?

don't think you can do this. But if your Telco will allow you to pass the digits that you want to send. You can use the OLI feature and send the caller ID info that way. OLI for company A = 1111, B = 2222, ect..

That is exactly right and telco can then pad each company name onto the number, depending on what they receive for a number. Doesn't matter which PRI channel it goes out on. I have this working on several sites and it works very well.
