Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I started at my company not too long ago and had no experience managing cisco callmanager and cisco unity.
They tell me that they want a setup where 10 select extensions ring when our receptionist dials a specific extension. If no one is available to answer it should go to a new voicemailbox.
About as far as i have gotten is putting the extensions in a newly created line group. And I knwo how to create voicemail boxes too. any help would be greatly appreciated.
