I exported data from a crystal report and there are blank cells. the column values are (Production Date, Quality Code, Test, Result. I need to create a line graph that shows the date field in the x-axis. a range for the y-axis (0 - 100)(may change) and the graph body would be the results per test (coliform, yeast, mold). The data came in grouped by date and QO#
example
[Pre]
DATE QO# Test RESULT

8/21/15 12345 coliform 0
yeast 5
mold 0

8/28/2015 12345 coliform 0
yeast 5
mold 0

9/01/2015 12345 coliform 0
yeast 5
mold 0
[/Pre]

Hi,

The best process would be to export the DATA that creates the CR report. This would guarantee that you would have all data on all rows, from which a proper chart source could be obtained.

Short of that, you can use a formula to create data in every row in a new column, like
[tt]
E2: =if(A2=A1,E1,A2)
[/tt]
