I am facing an issue of dropping the call while on conversation unconditionally in Avaya ip office 5.0 . Please suggest me an the tips to solve this issue.
More details would be helpfull.
What kind of lines?
Does it happen on every call or only to specific numbers?
Only on incoming or outgoing calls?

Now that is what i call support.
Calling a good engineer would be the quickest way to solve it. The problem is most likely that the analogue lines are not properly setup/configured and the IP Office does not recognize that there is a call on the line so it drops the line.
If you are not experienced with IPO and analogue lines you will not be able to solve the problem.
